The Appraisal phase involves: Final Assessment of participants skills, Follow up of training provided and Feedback and analysis of results, ideas and solutions.
It is the phase in which we evaluate the feedback of the training provided and the return on investment sustained by the client. Appraisal can last up to one day and, in the case of highly structured complex and elaborate projects, multiple appraisal days can be planned.

There are three moments in which:

• The final assessment of skills to be developed is carried out
• Present and discuss the results generated by training on the job, in the form of projects, new activities and implementation of the action plan and / or the manual of best practices
• Feedback, ideas, proposals and solutions are gathered
