This is the initial assessment of the competences of the participants determined by observable and measurable behavior (could be elaborated with the support of the commission. The Company or Team Profileretain the clear training needs of the business or team, the description of the strengths and the areas in need of improvement. It also holds information specific to the business and/or team (culture, values, business, goals, roles, and organization)
This is the preliminary stage in training preparation. It is a self-measurement of behaviors in which the key skills of the professional role are defined and shared. These are identified in accordance with the client.

This assessment is made through behavioral questionnaires (e.g. self-assessment cards and exploratory diagnostic tools such as “INSIGHT”) and takes place on-line a few days (3-7 days) before training begins.
