IVASS – REGULATION N. 6

REGULATION IVASS nr. 6 has been issued which defines amongst other things important details related to the training and updating of intermediaries. Among the most important things we would like to draw your attention to the requirements for trainers, training content and technical and functional characteristics of e-learning platforms. In fact it is expected that all classroom and distance learning courses should be fully equipped. (video conferencing, webinars, e-learning).
The Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2015
